All payment details are encrypted during transmission and handled by our certified payment gateways. We never store your full credit or debit card details and have no access to them.

How Paying Works

When you proceed to checkout, you are taken to our secure payment environment, where you choose your preferred payment method from the options above. Your payment method is charged at the moment your order is placed. As soon as your payment has been confirmed, you receive a confirmation email with your order number and the transaction details.

Security

Our store runs on the Shopify platform, which works with industry-standard SSL encryption and PCI DSS compliant technology. This keeps your payment information protected and confidential at every step of the transaction.

Currency

All transactions on our website are processed in GBP (£). Prices include VAT where applicable, and the amount shown at checkout is the total amount you pay. Currency conversions or fees charged by your bank or card issuer are outside our control.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined, no order is created and no money is taken. Any pending authorisation is released by your bank, usually within a few business days. You are welcome to try again with another payment method.

Refunds

Approved refunds are always returned to the original payment method, in GBP. The timings are set out in our Refund Policy.
